This included seeking to disable his ankle monitor and a call for a demonstration that could enable a chance to flee".
Judicial Records Show Escape Concerns
In a document approving the arrest, the judge said intelligence from the centre monitoring his home detention suggested the one-time head of state's plan to remove the surveillance device to secure accomplishment in his flight.
This, it said, would be assisted by the chaos caused by the gathering called by his son.
His offspring, Flávio Bolsonaro, who holds office as a senator, called for a meeting of his followers near his father's house to take place on Saturday evening.
His son wrote on digital networks on the previous day: Will you battle for your homeland, or watch it all from your phone there on your sofa? I invite you to struggle with us."
He said the demonstration would be so followers could offer prayers for his health and for the return of democracy in our nation."
Embassy Asylum Concerns
Part of the judge's determination was the possibility of his transfer to embassies near the home, considering that the investigations revealed a record of planning to seek refuge through a diplomatic representation", a declaration said.
The legal document emphasizes that the American diplomatic mission in the national capital, the capital city, is located around 13km from Bolsonaro's home.
Global Responses
Bolsonaro's legal woes have drawn the ire of fellow right-wing populist American leader Trump, prompting him to enact a fifty percent tax on Brazilian product imports.
He is being kept in a federal law enforcement building in Brazil's capital city and will have a detention review on Sunday.
